Grilled Fruit Kabobs with a Honey Blue Cheese Dip
A deliciously creamy honey blue cheese dipping sauce for grilled fruit kabobs.
- 3 ounces Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons additional Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese crumbles for topping the dip.
Cut up your favorite fruits and add them to skewers.
Grill on each side for 2-3 minutes. Don't over grill or your fruit will get mushy.
Add the ingredients to a pan and simmer on low until the cheeses are melted.
Pour into a bowl and top with more blue cheese crumbles.
