Grilled Fruit Kabobs with a Honey Blue Cheese Dip

A deliciously creamy honey blue cheese dipping sauce for grilled fruit kabobs.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounces Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese
  • ¼ cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons additional Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese crumbles for topping the dip.

Instructions
 

  • Cut up your favorite fruits and add them to skewers.
  • Grill on each side for 2-3 minutes. Don't over grill or your fruit will get mushy.
  • Add the ingredients to a pan and simmer on low until the cheeses are melted.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with more blue cheese crumbles.

SPECIAL NOTE

Please know that every gluten free flour blend has a different starch to grain ratio. If you use a blend I didn't test, you may need to adjust your moisture levels in your baked goods.
