Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh plums pitted and chopped
  • ¼ cup agave nectar see note below
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  • Remove the pits from the plums and add them to a Vitamix or blender.
  • Add agave (or another sweetener) and water.
  • Blend on high until the fruit is pureed.
  • Pour into a bread loaf tin or another freezer-safe container.
  • Freeze for 2-3 hours.

Notes

  1. Note, you can use agave or honey to sweeten.
  2. The amount of sweetener will depend on how ripe and sweet your plums are. If you prefer to use water, use warm water to dissolve the sugar.

SPECIAL NOTE

Please know that every gluten free flour blend has a different starch to grain ratio. If you use a blend I didn't test, you may need to adjust your moisture levels in your baked goods.
