Preheat your grill to 400º F. See my notes below for stovetop grilling instructions.
Place the raw chicken on a plate and salt and pepper both sides.
In a small bowl, melt the butter and garlic together.
Brush onto both sides of the chicken and allow to sit 15 minutes.
Slice peaches and put aside on a plate.
Add the chicken to the grill and cook 5 minutes each side. Next, grill the peach slices for 2 minutes each side and remove from the heat.
Check the internal temperature of the chicken to ensure it is 165º F when done.
Top your burger with the grilled peaches.
1. If you are trying to keep this low calorie, you can use olive oil and garlic instead of garlic butter.2. These grilled chicken filets will keep up to 4 days in an air-tight container, or up to 4 months in the freezer. To cook stovetop:Heat a grill pan or cast-iron skillet. Follow the same directions but cook on the pan for 5 minutes, then flip the chicken over. It may need more time depending on how thick your chicken filets are. You want the internal temperature to read 165º F when they are fully cooked.
