Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces gluten free ravioli * see note
  • cup gluten free bread crumbs * see note
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt *Add more if you like
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375º F.
  • In a small mixing bowl, add an egg and scramble it. In a second bowl, add the bread crumbs, parmesan, and seasonings. Mix the crumb mixture well.
  • Dip a ravioli into the egg and flip it around with a fork to coat the whole thing. This egg helps the bread crumbs stick to the ravioli.
  • Move the dipped ravioli straight to the gluten free bread crumbs. Toss to coat the whole piece of ravioli in bread crumbs.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with oil. Place each piece of breaded ravioli into the air fryer. Be sure to leave room between each ravioli. I have a Ninja Foodie Air Fryer with two sides so I filled both sides.
  • NOTE: If you like extra crispy, you can double dip. After you dip and coat the ravioli, redip into the egg and bread crumbs mixture.
  • Air fry the ravioli for 8 minutes at 375º F. Enjoy them hot with a dipping sauce!

Notes

  1. You can use any store-bought gluten free ravioli brand. I also have a great recipe for gluten free ravioli if you prefer to use homemade ravioli.
  2. Bread crumbs - There are some great store brands like Ians or Alexia. You can also make homemade gluten free bread crumbs for a lot less money.
  3. These air fryer ravioli will keep fresh up to 3 days in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.

Sauces for dipping:

Air-fried ravioli tastes so good when dipped in sauce! Here are some of our favorite dipping sauces for fried ravioli!!

SPECIAL NOTE

Please know that every gluten free flour blend has a different starch to grain ratio. If you use a blend I didn't test, you may need to adjust your moisture levels in your baked goods.
