Equipment

  • Vitamix

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop Superfood and Berry Blend Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt vanilla flavor
  • cup fresh berries
  • 1 cup milk or non-dairy milk
  • ¼ cup strawberries sliced thinly

Instructions
 

  • In a high speed blender or Vitamix, add 1 scoop Sprouts Superfood and Berry Blend Protein Powder, 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup strawberries, and 1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk).
  • Blend the ingredients on high speed for 30 seconds until the mixture is creamy.
  • Add the sliced strawberries to the popsicle mold.
  • Carefully pour the smoothie mixture into each popsicle mold. Add the mold cover and insert the wooden popsicle sticks into each section.
  • Place the mold into the freezer for 2-3 hours until the popsicles are completely frozen.

Notes

Variations:

There are lots of ways to vary the flavors of these healthy protein popsicles.
  • Change up the fruits. You can use any berries and even cherries!
  • Use frozen fruit and add 1/2 cup of ice cubes to make this a smoothie! Serve your smoothie with granola. Sprout Market has several great gluten free granola brands you can buy in their store!

SPECIAL NOTE

Please know that every gluten free flour blend has a different starch to grain ratio. If you use a blend I didn't test, you may need to adjust your moisture levels in your baked goods.
