Vegan Plum Sorbet

A refreshing frozen plum sorbet recipe made in a Vitamix or blender.

- 4 cups fresh plums pitted and chopped
- ¼ cup agave nectar see note below
- ½ cup water
Remove the pits from the plums and add them to a Vitamix or blender.
Add agave (or another sweetener) and water.
Blend on high until the fruit is pureed.
Pour into a bread loaf tin or another freezer-safe container.
Freeze for 2-3 hours.
- Note, you can use agave or honey to sweeten.
- The amount of sweetener will depend on how ripe and sweet your plums are. If you prefer to use water, use warm water to dissolve the sugar.
