5 Minute Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Chocolate Mug Cake

This 5 minute gluten free chocolate mug cake is absolutely delicious.

Ingredients:

Gluten Free Flour Blend

Sugar + Cocoa Powder

Vanilla Extract + Non-Dairy Milk

Butter + Egg + Salt

Add all of the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk to blend. You can also do this in your favorite coffee mug that you will cook this cake in.

Pour the wet ingredients into a small bowl and whisk to blend them together. Again you can do this in the mug you will cook your mug cake in if you prefer.

There is nothing like the idea of eating cake with only 5 minutes of work. It opens up a whole new world of enjoying cake anytime!

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients if you didn't mix in the mug. You will get a nice chocolate cake batter.

Pour the batter into your mug and place in the microwave. Cook for 3 minutes on high. Remove the mug cake and enjoy! Be sure to use a tall enough mug so it doesn't overflow!
