  • 6 cups gluten free bread cubed
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups mik
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 1/2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter


  • Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
  • Chop the bread into cubes.
  • Add the wet ingredients and spices to the bowl.
  • Whisk to blend.
  • Pour the bread into the wet ingredients, add the parmesan cheese and mix well.
  • Let the bread sit for 15 minutes to absorb all of the liquid.
  • Use a spoon to fill a greased muffin tin with the bread mixture.
  • Bake for 20-22 minutes until done.
