Gluten Free Savory Bread Pudding Rolls
Easy savory bread pudding rolls. Use your favorite gluten free bread. Gluten free garlic bread rolls are perfect for dipping into soups and stews.
- 6 cups gluten free bread cubed
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups mik
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 1/2 cloves garlic minced
- 2-3 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
Chop the bread into cubes.
Add the wet ingredients and spices to the bowl.
Whisk to blend.
Pour the bread into the wet ingredients, add the parmesan cheese and mix well.
Let the bread sit for 15 minutes to absorb all of the liquid.
Use a spoon to fill a greased muffin tin with the bread mixture.
Bake for 20-22 minutes until done.
