I truly hope you enjoy this recipe. I have been testing and creating gluten-free recipes for over 15 years. Creating gluten-free recipes that do not taste gluten-free is my goal for every recipe. Sometimes I only have to test a new recipe a couple of times, and others it takes multiple times. I do this so you get reliable, delicious results every time!

Our Costco doesn’t have most of this stuff.
It bums me out.
I am so sorry, I have found talking to the store manager helpful. Many times they don’t know there is a need for gluten free.
That’s what I figure.
the GoGo Quinoa pasta is amazing! my non-GF boyfriend even loves it, as well as my brother! It stays el dente, the next day if there are leftovers, it does not stay as firm, but still super delicious! My Costco had the fussili kind, but for the last little while they’ve only had the macaroni style. Hopefully we can get the other kind again soon!
We love the GoGo Quinoa pasta too! My mom is gluten free but the rest of us will only eat GF if it isn’t a sacrifice and these noodle pass the test! They hold up in the refrigerator for a few days without getting soggy and I can bake them into a Mac n cheese casserole without turning to mush. Loving them! Finally a GF pasta I actually choose to eat!
4. The broccoli cheddar stuffed chicken breasts were not good or worth the price. Would not buy again.
Thank you so much for letting us know Meg!!
Are Kirkland frozen berries free of contact with gluten?
Hi Dayna, I am not sure on this. You would need to reach out to the company…Costco has companies package under their private label so not knowing the source of the berries makes it impossible for me to know. If you find out, please do come back and let us know.
Hi, just found out the hard way that my bottle of the organic no salt seasoning is not gluten free, based on my physical response. So bummed out to have to feel this way, and knowing it will take some time to feel better again. Seasonings – I think that’s the last risk I’m going to take with them. Certified gluten free from now on only.
Oh no!! I am so sorry. I really like Penzye’s spices, they are gluten free…the only downside is you have to order them online. (Sign up for their newsletter because they frequently send coupons.)
I scrolled down & disb’t Find the printable gluten free Cisco shopping list.

Three Bridges egg bites. Love them!
I haven’t seen those Shanda…thank you so much for writing in :-).
On Feb 1 2019, I asked the fellow at Costco in Elk Grove when he was putting out rotissarie chickens if they were gluten free. I was told they were NOT.
I left the store very disappointed.
That is so strange. Our store said they are gluten free. Maybe it is regional?
The label on the rotisserie chicken I got at my Costco in Davis (a few miles away from Elk Grove) says it contains no gluten.
We love their rotisserie chicken too!
Do you know of the costco stuffed bell peppers are gluten free?
Hi Dina, I haven’t seen those at our local Costco. Perhaps asking the store manager if he can find out for you? Please do come back and let us know what you find.
Hi! Do you know if the house made rotisserie chicken salad is gluten free?
Hi Diane, I am not sure about the salad. I do know their chicken is gluten free. You would need to ask the store. Please let us know what you discover :-).
I am so thrilled that the Lotus Foods Ramen Noodles are back at Costco! They had been off the shelves for over a year and I was in mourning! They are a miracle go to item for me. I hope that they never do away with them again. When I get to the point that I am too tired to cook anything elaborate they make it possible to have an amazing meal with out waiting forever for the noodles to cook.
It drives me crazy when I find something awesome at Costco, then it goes away. Glad the noodles are back in your store!
