The Gluten-Free Resources Guide

New to Gluten-Free? I made this for you.

Starting out is the hardest part, and there is so much to learn at once. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease 15 years ago, and started Fearless Dining in 2013. I know exactly what that overwhelm feels like. Since then, I have personally created and tested over 800 gluten-free recipes. These are the resources I wish had existed when I was starting out.

When you join my newsletter, you will get my free New to Gluten-Free Series over 5 emails, which will give you a clear, organized plan for getting through those first overwhelming weeks.

Baking Resources:

I have been developing gluten-free recipes since 2010, and I had to rebuild every recipe I made from scratch. Back then, you couldn’t walk into a grocery store and buy gluten-free bread. I had to figure out flour blends, binders, and baking chemistry on my own, through a lot of failed loaves and flat cakes. Every guide in this section came out of that real testing…not theory. My goal has always been recipes and techniques that actually work, and that teach you skills you can carry into your own baking
