Yes, but brands seem to rotate. I usually see rice-based, lentil, chickpea, and edamame pastas. Our store also has a fresh gluten-free pasta option made by True Republic. Use them to make this Gluten-Free Lemon Ricotta Pasta.

I truly hope you enjoy this recipe. I have been testing and creating gluten-free recipes for over 15 years. Creating gluten-free recipes that do not taste gluten-free is my goal for every recipe. Sometimes I only have to test a new recipe a couple of times, and others it takes multiple times. I do this so you get reliable, delicious results every time!

if you have celiac disease, be sure to check the labels. Often they say the product may contain wheat due to cross contamination. I believe the macarons and the paleo bites both have these statements. Too bad they aren’t certified GF, that would make it easier.
The Heavenly Hunks are very tasty. I wish there were more GF pizza options.
Great tips Marilyn, thank you!
We love the rice ramen! (In fact, that was lunch today.) We have found it both in Raleigh NC and (since we moved) in Syracuse NY. I use it for other noodle dishes, too.
Crunchmasters are also a staple, and we enjoy their pizza (thin crust, which we New Yorkers prefer.) Blanking on the brand…
I really love the rice ramen too! Which pizza does your store carry? Ours used to carry Sabatasso, but now only the Milton’s cauliflower crust pizza.
Costco now has a kirkland supreme caulk crust pizza (not sure it’s 100% GF). Really good if you can eat it! Also love the rice ramen. Not mushy!
I love the Rice Ramen. I have seen their new cauliflower pizza and I plan to pick it up next time. Thanks for letting me know it is really tasty!
I’m not sure if you listed the BFree Pita Breads Stoned Baked.
They are a thin pita bread that they recommend toasting!
They are Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Vegan Friendly, Non GMO.
They are very good!
Oh, I love that brand. I haven’t seen them in any of the Bay Area Costco stores but I will add a note under bread. Thank you!
The Healthy Hunks are amazing and delish. There a cross between a no bake cookie and really good oatmeal cookie!
Costco now carries gook cook splatchcocked turkey. I’d use it for thanksgiving. Is it gluten free? No gluten free label but no gluten ingredients that I could see
Hi Linda, I do not know if that turkey is gluten free. It isn’t in my store so I am unable to check it. I would recommend asking the store manager to look into it.
If you’re looking to make some chili dogs in a hurry, it’s not going to hurt to take a can of chicken broth and add some tomato paste to the pan. This is a much easier recipe to follow and gives you some added flavor.
Is there any gluten free andouille sausage at Costco?
That is a good question. I haven’t seen any lately but they often carry several varieties of sausage. I recall seeing Silva brand andouille there at one point.
Lynne,
You really are lucky as we too in central nj have only a fraction of these items in our warehouses (I shop 3 different warehouses).
Well, you folks are spoiled with such a huge selection. We on Maui have a fraction, a small fraction, of these GF foods available at Costco or elsewhere on island. Lucky you!
Does anyone know if the pupusas are fresh or frozen? I’d like to narrow down mysearch.
Hi Lynne, I believe they are in the refrigerated section.
