Found some nice gluten-free products at Costco as well, but my list looks nothing like this one. I guess I eat a lot less processed foods. Some of the gluten free Costco items I was happy to find included:

I was also looking for Himalayan salt and I think some of their brands qualify as gluten free.

Our Costco has Heavenly Hunks and Kind Bars which are GF. I buy those for my son along with Canyon Bakehouse bread and Simple Mills crackers. I get my almond flour there too. We are transitioning away from processed foods and trying to eat more fresh and foods prepared at home. But it’s definitely not convenient.
Our store recently got the Heavenly Hunks too. They are so good. I need to get them added to my list!

But you don’t mention Sabatasso’s Gluten Free Four Cheese Pizza which is my personal fav of the GF pizzas. Excellent crust and you can add your own toppings for extra pizzaz.
LOL, I am jealous you still have Sabatassos. Our stores stopped carrying that pizza a few years ago. It is crazy how much stores can vary in what they carry.

Is the Kirkland caesar dressing gluten free?
Hi Heidi, I haven’t seen it. I would read the label. If it doesn’t say gluten free, it could have cross contamination.
Do you know if the Kirkland brand coffee is gluten free? I read somewhere recently that it might not be, but can’t verify the info.
Hi Amy, It should be gluten free if it is plain coffee, but I do not know if it would be processed on shared equipment with gluten. This is something you would need to ask Costco.

I try to go once a month. Sometimes there is a ton and others, not as much…but there is usually some great stuff to try.
Do you know anything about their whipped cream being gluten free?
Hi Daniel, I am not sure and I haven’t seen whipped cream at our stores. I would ask the store manager to look into it.
It is a great source to give you an idea of what you can eat from Costco while having celiac disease or just being plain allergic to gluten like myself. I saw a couple items on here that does contain gluten, or, some items that were produced in the same company that uses flour and could possibly have a cross contamination. Being allergic to gluten you have to be very careful. It’s great to use this as a guide, but you still should check the ingredients.
