  1. This is a great list, thank you. Two of my teen daughters are going GF and we are looking for good product ideas. It’s amazing to see the variety.
By the way, we have tried two products they really liked lately
    Mary’s gone crackers
Cascadian Farms (we had the cocoa crispy one)- I wish Costco would carry them (maybe they do but I don’t see it)

    1. I am so glad this list is helpful. My son is in college and it has been fairly easy for him to eat gluten free. We love those Mary’s crackers too. I wish your girls all the best.

  2. Found some nice gluten-free products at Costco as well, but my list looks nothing like this one. I guess I eat a lot less processed foods. Some of the gluten free Costco items I was happy to find included:
    One Degree Sprouted Rolled Oats
    Kirkland Organic Quinoa
    Mayorga Organics Chia Seeds
Sunny Fruit Organic Sun Dried Dates
Sunny Fruit Organic Sun Dried Figs
I was also looking for Himalayan salt and I think some of their brands qualify as gluten free.

  3. Our Costco has Heavenly Hunks and Kind Bars which are GF. I buy those for my son along with Canyon Bakehouse bread and Simple Mills crackers. I get my almond flour there too. We are transitioning away from processed foods and trying to eat more fresh and foods prepared at home. But it’s definitely not convenient.

  4. OMG I’m so jealous. You have so many more GF options in your CostCo than I have in mine.

But you don’t mention Sabatasso’s Gluten Free Four Cheese Pizza which is my personal fav of the GF pizzas. Excellent crust and you can add your own toppings for extra pizzaz.

  5. Do you know if the Kirkland brand coffee is gluten free? I read somewhere recently that it might not be, but can’t verify the info.

    1. Hi Amy, It should be gluten free if it is plain coffee, but I do not know if it would be processed on shared equipment with gluten. This is something you would need to ask Costco.

  6. It is a great source to give you an idea of what you can eat from Costco while having celiac disease or just being plain allergic to gluten like myself. I saw a couple items on here that does contain gluten, or, some items that were produced in the same company that uses flour and could possibly have a cross contamination. Being allergic to gluten you have to be very careful. It’s great to use this as a guide, but you still should check the ingredients.

  7. The Kirkland brand Cauliflower crust supreme pizza is AMAZING!! My kids love it too! We’ve also seen Gluten Free chocolate and peanut butter Chex cereal at our location. This is in Sacramento, CA area. The cauliflower fettuccini is SO good!!! It cooks so quickly and tastes fresh. I even cried a pack and let it thaw before cooking; tasted just fine. My kids love it with some lemon, garlic, olive oil and shrimp. Yum!

  8. I tried the cauliflower linguini and it was delicious!
My husband asked why we were having pasta for dinner when I can’t have gluten! Surprise!! But my Costco doesn’t carry it anymore. : (

    1. We can’t find it anymore at our Costco either. It is made by Taste Republic, out of Madison WI., though and you can order from them directly.

  9. Hi from Canada. I’ve been using Go Go brand Quinoa pastas for 2 years now. I don’t use anything else. My husband is not GF also likes it. Al dente is NOT a problem. It’s also the ONLY GF pasta that doesn’t make me bloat – at all! I use their spaghetti, ,macaroni and anything else I can find, usually from our Bulk Food store.

  10. Tried the “Healthy Noodles” and all I can say is YUCK! If you prefer your noodles to have even a little “bite” this product will feel, well, really really mushy. (P.S. I would LOVE IT if you might consider doing a list of gluten-free low carb items, as I’m diabetic and gluten restricted.) Thank you! :0D

  11. Does anyone know if the Kirkland Signature oven roasted turkey breast presliced is still gluten free? It no longer states GF on the packaging.

  12. if you have celiac disease, be sure to check the labels. Often they say the product may contain wheat due to cross contamination. I believe the macarons and the paleo bites both have these statements. Too bad they aren’t certified GF, that would make it easier.
The Heavenly Hunks are very tasty. I wish there were more GF pizza options.

  13. We love the rice ramen! (In fact, that was lunch today.) We have found it both in Raleigh NC and (since we moved) in Syracuse NY. I use it for other noodle dishes, too.
Crunchmasters are also a staple, and we enjoy their pizza (thin crust, which we New Yorkers prefer.) Blanking on the brand…

      1. Costco now has a kirkland supreme caulk crust pizza (not sure it’s 100% GF). Really good if you can eat it! Also love the rice ramen. Not mushy!

      2. I love the Rice Ramen. I have seen their new cauliflower pizza and I plan to pick it up next time. Thanks for letting me know it is really tasty!

  14. I’m not sure if you listed the BFree Pita Breads Stoned Baked.
They are a thin pita bread that they recommend toasting!
They are Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Vegan Friendly, Non GMO.
    They are very good!

  15. Costco now carries gook cook splatchcocked turkey. I’d use it for thanksgiving. Is it gluten free? No gluten free label but no gluten ingredients that I could see

  16. If you’re looking to make some chili dogs in a hurry, it’s not going to hurt to take a can of chicken broth and add some tomato paste to the pan. This is a much easier recipe to follow and gives you some added flavor.

  17. Lynne,

You really are lucky as we too in central nj have only a fraction of these items in our warehouses (I shop 3 different warehouses).

  18. Well, you folks are spoiled with such a huge selection. We on Maui have a fraction, a small fraction, of these GF foods available at Costco or elsewhere on island. Lucky you!

  19. the GoGo Quinoa pasta is amazing! my non-GF boyfriend even loves it, as well as my brother! It stays el dente, the next day if there are leftovers, it does not stay as firm, but still super delicious! My Costco had the fussili kind, but for the last little while they’ve only had the macaroni style. Hopefully we can get the other kind again soon!

    1. We love the GoGo Quinoa pasta too! My mom is gluten free but the rest of us will only eat GF if it isn’t a sacrifice and these noodle pass the test! They hold up in the refrigerator for a few days without getting soggy and I can bake them into a Mac n cheese casserole without turning to mush. Loving them! Finally a GF pasta I actually choose to eat!

    1. Hi Dayna, I am not sure on this. You would need to reach out to the company…Costco has companies package under their private label so not knowing the source of the berries makes it impossible for me to know. If you find out, please do come back and let us know.

  20. Hi, just found out the hard way that my bottle of the organic no salt seasoning is not gluten free, based on my physical response. So bummed out to have to feel this way, and knowing it will take some time to feel better again. Seasonings – I think that’s the last risk I’m going to take with them. Certified gluten free from now on only.

    1. Oh no!! I am so sorry. I really like Penzye’s spices, they are gluten free…the only downside is you have to order them online. (Sign up for their newsletter because they frequently send coupons.)
