You can use fresh or frozen scallops. If you are using frozen scallops, be sure to thaw them before cooking!
Make sure to pat your scallops dry with a paper towel. This will help prevent them from being soggy when cooking. I like to dust them with salt and pepper.

Spray the air fryer with a high heat tolerant oil like canola or avocado. Add the scallops to the air fryer. Be sure none are touching!

Melt the butter in a pan and add the garlic and fresh dill. Sauté on low until the butter is melted and the garlic smells good.

The scallops cook in just 8 minutes (depending on the size of your scallops!) They will have golden bits around the edges.

Lastly, add your cooked scallops to the delicious garlic dill butter and toss to coat.
