Below is a list of the gluten-free prepared meals Iโ€™ve found at my local Costco warehousesโ€”plus some reader favorites from around the country. These are perfect for busy nights, stocking your freezer, or finding quick lunches that donโ€™t require a lot of prep. This list gets updated quarterly with new finds!

NOTE: Even if a product seems naturally gluten free, always check the label for possible cross-contamination or manufacturing changesโ€”especially with bulk items. In the U.S.A., brands must label food if they are made on shared equipment with wheat.

How to check local availability:

Some regional stores carry different meal flavors or brands or won’t have gluten-free products at all. You can check product availability in your area in two ways:

  1. Check the Costco website.
  2. Check the Instacart app to see if your local Costco is listed under Groceries. If it is, you can look in the app to see what your local Costco has in stock. Please comment and let us know if this option works in your area!

Sandi’s TIP: Did you know you can split up these pre-cooked meals from Costco and freeze some for another day? I love using Souper Cubes because it freezes foods in single-serving blocks, making them easy to store in the freezer!
