This is what they call a Crock-Pot dump recipe....all you do is dump your ingredients in the slow cooker, cover, and turn it on.

If you want to cook a bowl of steel cut oats for breakfast, you will find that they take a lot longer than minute oats to cook! They are full of nutrients and a fantastic addition to your diet.

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
