For me, hands down, it is the mango sticky rice dessert.
There is something about the subtly sweet coconut flavored sauce that seeps into the sticky rice that just tastes great. Add in a ripe mango, and it is heaven on a plate.
I wanted to create a fun spin on this Thai sticky rice dessert that would help satisfy the chocoholic in me. Dark chocolate and mango. These will work together perfectly in this recipe.

The one thing you need to get this rice perfect is this glutinous rice. You can find glutinous rice at your local Asian market, or order one of the many sticky rice brands online. I found this brand at our local Lion Supermarket. (*The name may sound a little misleading. This rice contains no gluten.)
Cooking sticky rice is pretty simple, just follow the simple directions in the recipe. It is pretty fool proof :-).
