Costco might be known for buying in bulk, but it’s also a hidden gem for lots of sweet gluten-free treats! There’s always something new to try. Some desserts are certified gluten-free, while others are naturally gluten-free.

I always recommend checking the labels of anything you buy, as ingredients and manufacturing practices can change over time. Also, regional availability varies, so you may not find every item listed here at your local warehouse. If you find a great gluten-free dessert at your Costco, please leave a comment below so I can include it in the next update!

Cookies and Snack Bars

Cookies and snack bars are always good to have on hand. They make great treats to pack in a lunchbox, bring to a picnic, or make Gluten-Free Ice Cream Sandwiches out of them…Tate’s Cookies are amazing for this!

  • Sejoyia Lemon Crisps – These are delicious light cookies our whole family loved. They are super thin, so they have fewer calories.
  • Sun Tropics Coconut Rolls – These gluten-free cookie rolls are so good. They also come in a salted caramel flavor!
  • Tateโ€™s Bake Shop Gluten-Free Cookies – These are great cookies. I also think Tate makes these under the Trader Joe’s label.
  • Nothin’ But Granola Cookies – These look like they would be great for a school lunch box.
  • Coco-Roons – Certified gluten free and made with clean ingredients. My kids love the lemon flavor best.
  • Mary Macleod’s Gluten-Free Shortbread Cookies – Has anyone tried these?
  • Heavenly Chunks – Several readers raved about these.
  • Miss Jones Keto & Paleo Brownie Mix – I have not tried this specific mix, but I have tried and liked other Miss Jones gluten-free mixes. This brownie mix is fun to make Gluten-Free Shaped Brownies for the holidays!

Puddings and Mousse

Costco has a few puddings and one mousse that I have seen here. Did you find any others at your stores?

  • Sun Tropics Rice Pudding – My family enjoys my homemade caramel tapioca pudding, so we havenโ€™t bought this one.
  • Sun Tropics Coconut Rice Pudding
  • Sweetaly Chocolate Mousse – A new product I recently spotted. Has anyone tried it yet? I bet it would taste delicious as filling for the layers in a cake.
