The tart crust is made with gluten free graham crackers and almond meal. The moist and chocolaty middle is a fudge brownie…and the melted marshmallows on top make it complete. The almond meal crust helps add some protein and balance out the sugars in this gluten free s’ mores recipe.

Step 2: Add the wet ingredients to another bowl and whisk. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 3: Let the mixture sit while you make the tart crust. In a bowl, add the graham cracker crumbs, almond flour, coconut sugar, and butter. Mix well.

Step 4: Press the crust mixture into the mini tart pans. I love these pans because the bottom pushes out so you can easily remove the tart from the pan. Pour the brownie batter on top and bake at 350º F for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and put mini marshmallows onto each tart. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Can you make these tarts without a tart pan?

You can easily make these without a tart pan. Press your crust into an 8×8 pan, then pour your brownie batter on top. Bake for 25 minutes; add the marshmallows.

Can you make this tart nut-free?

You can make this brownie tart nut-free by omitting the almond flour. You will want to increase the gluten free graham cracker amount to compensate for the lack of almond flour.

Store leftover tarts in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will last for up to 3 days. You can also freeze these tarts. Place the cooled tarts in a freezer-safe zipper bag.

Just a perfect dessert. I too seem to miss all the food days too! Face it every day is some kind of food day so it’s hard to keep up. The photos are amazing.

  3. Looks amazing! Anyone tried with plant based butter, soy milk and another type of flour? (Can’t have dairy and nuts) Might give it a go

    1. Hi Kat, I am not sure if anyone has, but I have to think it can work. Instead of almond flour, I think you can add more graham cracker crumbs and just use this with the plant-based butter. Please come back and let us know how it worked.
