Tips and Recipe FAQ:
The easiest way to cut cauliflower into steaks is by placing the head of the cauliflower stem down on a cutting board. Use a knife to cut down thick slices.
Don’t steam your cauliflower. It will prevent it from getting slightly crisp edges, which are so tasty!
Try not to cut into all of the florets. Keep florets whole, then oil and season from there.
This cauliflower will keep fresh for up to 4 days in an air-tight container.
For a kick of spice, dust the cauliflower with crushed red pepper!
I know bright-colored foods can look a bit scary, but trust me, I know! But if you can, you will be surprised. It is incredible…even Mr. Fearless Dining will eat this cauliflower :-).
