Make this cinnamon apple breakfast bowl:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 apple, chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional chopped pecans

Place the yogurt in a breakfast bowl. In a smaller bowl, add chopped apple, nuts, and cinnamon. Toss to coat the apples. Pour the granola and apple mixture onto the yogurt, and enjoy!

  • 1/4 cup of your favorite chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup of raisins or another dried fruit
  • 1/4 cup seeds like sunflower and pumpkin

Make A Honey Muesli Yogurt Bowls:

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/3 cup muesli
  • 1 tablespoon honey
