It is easy to make gluten and dairy-free stuffed baked potatoes with the right ingredients! Always read labels. There are gluten free taco seasoning packets like Pioneer, McCormick, and Siete brands. Some do not contain gluten ingredients but are not labeled gluten free, like Old El Paso.

This is one of my favorites, honestly, because I love nachos!! They are one of my favorite foods!!! You can load your baked potato with salsa, taco meat, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and crushed tortilla chips.

I like to use Lloyds’ barbeque or Curleys’ barbeque, then top with cheese and sour cream. Could also add some corn to make a complete meal.
