Tu B'Shevat {aka Tu Bishvat} is a beautiful holiday that celebrates the birthday of trees. Even though it is considered a "minor" Jewish holiday, I love the idea of a trees' birthday or New Year of the Trees. Trees give us clean air, shelter, and delicious food!
