Typical Brownie Ingredients:
Brownies can be made with a lot of different ingredients. The most important ingredients are chocolate or cocoa, gluten free flour (or they can be flourless!), sugar, an oil or butter, and eggs. From these basics, you can add all sorts of fun things like chocolate chips, black beans, mint, candy pieces, etc.
I am always in support of customizing your dessert with your favorite things. You can use up your favorite candies from Halloween, Easter, or any other occasion that you are loaded up with candy.
How to make gluten free brownies:
In a large bowl, add the dry ingredients. Next, in a medium sized bowl, add the wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well. Add to an 8×8 baking dish and bake. Either way these flourless brownies will make your day.
You get a chocolaty gluten free chocolate brownie that is great with or without ice cream and hot fudge.
