Have your weeknights become busy now that school is back in session? Our school nights are so busy that we now are trying to schedule 2-3 family dinners a week so that our family has a little time together. Do you have to do this too?

Thank goodness it is National Chicken Month!

My blogger friends and I have gotten together to share 11 delicious chicken recipes to help you celebrate. Chicken is one thing our kids eat without complaint :-). One thing I love about these chicken recipes is how easy they are to make. Many are great for busy school nights, and most can even be made ahead!!
