Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound uncooked shrimp peeled and devined
  • 1/4 cup tamari
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons sake
  • 1 red pepper sliced thinly
  • 1 leek sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add shrimp, tamari, pineapple juice, garlic, sesame oil, honey, and sake. Allow to marinade for 5 minutes.
  • While shrimp is marinating, heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat.
  • Add peppers and leeks and saute.
  • Add shrimp and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Serve over rice, pasta, or by itself.
